We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and continue to build and develop our team of sales professionals.
Position Overview
As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales efforts of our forklift dealership. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals, while also actively engaging in the sales process to achieve individual and team targets. You will collaborate closely with the senior management team and ownership to develop and implement effective sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- On-board, train, instruct and educate new sales team members.
- Develop sales-related documents, including training manuals, procedures and policies.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Actively participate in the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales.

Tri-Lift NJ is looking for in areas of servicing, repairing, and diagnosing issues with Electric and Internal Combustion Forklift engines & systems, with an emphasis on Electric Forklift Repair.
We primarily sell and service CAT and Jungheinrich Forklifts, however we service all makes and models of materials handling equipment.
If you have the experience required, we may also utilize your expertise to train up and comers, with an excellent pay increase to match. Road positions available, all with excellent pay, paid time off, and benefits. Contact us today for a confidential interview.
